Server Update 3.0

Since server been on 2.x versions for quite a long time, we would like to bring version 3.0 as a completion for all the 2.x features and which will be up for some time before the further versions.

Changelog as of 8/1/2017:

- Changed the death screen color.
- Fixed the challenges counter.
- Fixed removed objects bugs.
- Fixed the spotlights in A51.
- Improved the loading of CS 1.6 map.
- Fixed free helmet not working but is shown.
- Fixed rank label repeated twice above the heads.
- Increased the join gift bonuses.
- Fixed duel loss/win counter.
- Fixed /helmet bug with free helmets.
- Fixed anti aircraft killing the driver.
- Added a new zone. "Petrochemical Refinery".
- Added a new zone. "Train Station".
- Added a new zone. "Military School".
- Fixed the borders conflict on the radar.
- Added health pickups around the map (free regeneration).
- Added health counter for the radio towers.
- Added zone owning team name under zone name.
- Added reaction tests system (working automatically).
- Added more vehicles at zones and bases.
- Put the Romanian radio tower and prototype in base.
- Fixed the headshot system with free helmets.
- Fixed helmet attachment not removed on loss.
- Fixed helmet aim problems with RPG/Sniper.
- Added more map parts and fixed map bugs.
- Increased radio towers health from 50 to 150.
- Fixed drone owners name title problems.
- Decreased the streaming distance for capture zone icons.
- Added label to the health pickups.
- Changed the drop box object and removed title.
- Weapon pickup will now ask if you wish to replace weapons on same slots.
- Improved the weapon pickup functionality and ground measurements.
- Fixed drop box going underground in some areas.
- Increased death match arenas and added different weapons.
- Added "CS 1.6" and "Breakout" death match arenas.
- Fixed issues with stats not automatically saving on /q.
- Fixed a few issues with reaction tests not working properly.
- Hidden administrators will no longer be shown in /admins.

Thanks, I forgot to mention these new features by the way;

-Added Area51 gates, breakable by /charge (bomber class) and accessible by owning the zone.

- Added dynamite for bombers to be planted on the ground and has more explosion effect.
