Change-log:
- Code improvements.
- Decreased capture time.
- Enhanced server performance.

Work done as of 7/24/2017:
-Achievements will no longer be left unsaved.
-Added almost everything that wasn't saving into database.
-Decreased the bonus score of connecting back to 50 score.
-Allowed chat for the score which is lower than 50.
-Fixed /sc issue with para-trooper class.
-Enhanced the code readability and performance.
-Fixed some issues with achievements loading.
-Fixed an issue with achievement names.
-Fixed players and zones counting in /teams.
-Removed the terrorists team from /teams.
+A mysterious feature you gotta discover in-game.
Work done as of 7/26/2017:
-Reset achievements.
-Reset counter of achievements.
-Redeveloped a new team balance system.
-Disabled combo system to work for teammates.
-Further improvements have been made in the script.
-/savestats will now save achievements and misc data as well.
